Caring Transitions owners to speak at Rotary meeting
Our speakers this week, Mike Fikany and Stefanie Silvan, are co-founders and co-owners of Caring Transitions of Western Montana.Stefanie’s career includes 15 years of customer service and management experience. Her work has always focused on helping make a difference in other people’s lives. While working in management for a national outdoor apparel company, she was introduced to Caring Transitions and knew instantly that the company was where she wanted to be. She was ready for a career change that would enable her to positively impact the communities and her neighbors in Western Montana.
Stefanie is a Montana native and currently resides in Stevensville. She is married with two young children.
Mike is an entrepreneur whose work has centered around seniors and the Senior Living sector since 2001, always with an emphasis on the business of helping those who help our seniors. He grew successful businesses while positively affecting the clients and customers he is privileged to serve. Mike was introduced to Caring Transitions in 2017 and jumped at the opportunity to launch this needed service in Western Montana.
Keeping it all in the family, Mike is Stefanie’s father-in-law, a Colorado native and a Montana transplant. He currently resides in Stevensville and is married with three adult children and two grandchildren.
