Montana Special Olympics - Rotary Volunteer Shift

5:30- 8:00pm - Ushers for seating and Parade of Athletes 38 volunteers are needed to walk delegations in for the Parade of Athletes. Each volunteer will carry the delegation sign, lead the delegation to their row, and then take the delegation sign to the storage area. Volunteers are then needed to hold the caution tape along the walkway to ensure that the audience does not cross the path of the Flame of Hope as it is brought into the Entry Hall. At the end of the ceremony, volunteers will fill four different High Five lines at the back of the Civic Center to cheer on athletes and teams as they exit the Opening Ceremony. After the ceremony ends, volunteers will assist with take-down as needed.
