Speaker: Dawn Oliphant, Grad Solutions
Helping students achieve their potential since 2012, Grad Solutions’ Dropout Recovery Program is founded on the belief that every student can graduate high school.
About Dawn:
Dawn Oliphant is an Arizona native and a 20-year Queen Creek resident, where she raised
her two sons. She holds a bachelor's degree from Eastern Oregon University, an MBA from Western International University, and was inducted into the Tempe High School Ring of Honor in 2024. Prior to entering elected office, Oliphant built a 17-year career in municipal administration for the City of Tempe, gaining deep operational experience across the Police Department, Municipal Court, tax division, and the Tempe Learning Center.
