Nov. 23/06 - Leigh Square - Community Arts Susan Hull Program Co-Ordinator of the Arts & Culture section, part of the Parks & Recreation Department of the City Port Coquitlam, visited with us and set out the plans for this new venture on behalf of the City of Port Coquitlam.   "The Gathering Place" will have several areas of interest.

"Living room"  A place for informal gatherings . . . . . .

"Production Studio"  A workroom for the preparation of exhibits to be displayed . . . .

"Community Room"  A more formal multi purpose room to be used by . . . . . .

"Change Rooms"  To support the use of the bandshell . . . . . . .

"Administration"  The Parks & recreation department has it's administration office on the second floor of this building.
