Rotary Display at Coquitlam Centre

As part of Rotary's 123rd anniversay celebrations, the Tri-City Rotary clubs of Coquitlam (Sunrise), Port Moody and Port Coquitlam, promoted and staffed a Rotary display in the Coquitlam Centre Mall. Gale Acker & Barrie Seaton were instrumental in producing the Port Coquitlam portion of the display. A major attraction was the Shelter Box material which drew a lot of attention from the public.
Participants for POCO were Gale Acker, Cheryl McKeever, Bob Frew, Russ McMurchie, Gaye Simms, Greg Archibald, Barrie Seaton and Joan Seaton. The display was shown over 2 days, friday and saturday, the 22nd & 23rd of February. It was a worthwhile project and we look forward to repeating the project next year using some thoughts we learned from the exercise.
