It's important to have a "Club Greeter" at all club meetings. Greeters function to make sure that all visitors, be they rotarians or non-rotarians are recognized appropriately. Greeters are responsible to see that a club member is partnered with guests to introduce them to other members, the President and possibly to the club generally during the meeting. The point to the excercise is to make all visiters feel at home and important. To access the list of "greeters" .......

1. Under Future Speakers (on the Bulletin Page), we will list the Greeter for that meeting.

2. For a full list of Greeters and the Duties of Greeters, go to the Home Page - Committee Pages. Remember you have to sign in to get to Committee Pages.

3. Under "Site Pages", click on Committee Pages"

4. Click on "Club Service"

5. Click on Club Greeters" or "Club Greeter Duties" for the information.

Remember, if you will not be available for the meeting you are assigned to be a Greeter, it's your responsibility to find a replacement. We suggest you go to your mini-club for the replacement.  Many thanks.
