2016 Rotary May Day Parade

The  May Day Celebrations is an annual event in the City of Port Coquitlam. Every year, since its inception in 2005 the Club has been organizing the Rotary May Day Parade. This year more than 100 floats parading on the streets of downtown Port Coquitlam was  watched by over ~12,000 spectators, a record crowd ever.

 

This year's Rotary May Day Parade featured an impressive performance by the Vancouver Police Motorcycle Drill Team, and hundreds of participants from Tri-City businesses and non-profit organizations.

 

The Rotary May Day Parade is the greatest public image event of the Rotary Club of Port Coquitlam Centennial.
