At the 2011 year end meeting, members unanimously elected the following to the Board of the Club for the year 2012-13
President: Greg Archibald; President Elect: Angela Anderson; Vice-President: Renee Little; Secretary: Cathy O'Neill; Treasurer: Ron Goyette; Directors at Large : Russ McMurchie & Chirayath (Mohan) Mohanan
