Dictionary Project--Please help!

Fellow Rotarians,

It's dictionary time!

For newer members: we distribute dictionaries to the third grade students in all the elementary schools in the Pat-Med School District.

First, we label them with information regarding Rotary...

then, we distribute them to the students.

We need all of you as part of the process!

The dictionaries are cluttering my office...HELP!

I anticipate receiving the labels on Oct 16

I would like to schedule a labeling for Thursday October 22 at 4PM at my office 140 North Ocean Ave, Patchogue

Next, the school has advised me of dates for distribution as follows:

Barton  Monday 10/26  9:30 AM--Paul Moran

Bay Ave Wednesday 10/28 at 9:30 am

Canaan: Tuesday 10/27 at  9:30 am

Eagle Monday 10/26 at 11:40 am

Medford  Tuesday 10/27  at 2PM

River Tuesday 10/27 at 10 am

Tremont Monday 10/26 at 2PM

Please let me know what school ,date and time you can be available to make distribution.

Dictionaries will be available to be picked up from my office after the labeling on Thursday Oct 22.
