2.       The 2-day Matching Grants Exchange  $165.00 (includes Saturday and Sunday registration and 4 meals)

3.       Saturday only at the Matching Grants Exchange $65 (includes registration and 2 meals, plus food packing service project)

4.       Sunday only at the Matching Grants Exchange $90 (includes registration and 2 meals, plus Yarnell tour)

6:00 – 8:15          Dinner for travelers en route to Prescott  

10:00                    Arrival for pickup by home hosts at Springhill Suites: 200 E Sheldon, Prescott 

Friday

10:00                    Depart from Springhill Suites for train trip / walking tour

12:00 – 5:00        Verde Canyon Railway; return to Prescott Verde Canyon Train Depot: 300 N Broadway. Clarkdale

7:00 – 10:00        Halloween Party and dinner at Smoki Museum: 147 N Arizona Ave. Prescott

Saturday

7:45 – 10:30        Meal packing at Mile High Middle School: 300 S. Granite, Prescott

11:00 – 3:30        Conference kickoff; lunch and Matching Grants presentations at Prescott College Crossroads: 220 Grove Ave., Prescott 

4:30 – 9:00          Hayride & BBQ at U Bar U Ranch; depart from Crossroads

Sunday

8:30 – 11:00        Project Site Tour at Yarnell: depart from Springhill Suites

12:00 – 4:00        Lunch; Matching Grants exchange at Crossroads

5:45                        Departure from Springhill suites to Phippen Museum

6:00 – 9:00          Conference closing; Dinner at Phippen Museum: 470 N. SR 89, Prescott

Monday

8:00 or as needed             Return to Sky Harbor; depart from Springhill Suites
