Middle School Interact is off to a good start with more than 80 members attending their first two meetings.  The photo features only half the students because there are so many members they have to meet in two classrooms. Five Interact Alums who attend Independence High School also attend because they miss Interact and wish to influence the next generation of Interactors behind them.

Bob Solis has been mentoring Aginess Doka, a Sudanese refugee and former Interactor who attends the CMS Interact meetings for the past four years. Aginess attended RYLA and has been accepted at NAU next fall. She will be applying to become a Rotary Exchange Student after her high school graduation.

Teresa Giarrusso, our President-elect, is shown with Assistant Principal Brad Horstman. Teresa led a spiral notebook drive gathering more than 1,000 notebooks for use by Challenger students. Teresa and all who donated really capture Rotary in Action!
