"Stop the Bleed"

Because a person can die from bleeding within 5 minutes, the Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) has trained more than 800 people across Arizona to "Stop the Bleed".  Tracy instructs on how to recognize what life threatening bleeding is and how to properly apply a tourniquet to save a life.
