October 24th of each year is Rotary 's "World Polio Day". Guelph Rotarians will celebrate with a flag-raising at City Hall at 8:30am.
This year then we have something very special that will go on all day. Through the generosity of Mike Shirazi, owner of LEVELZ Hair Connect (31 Wyndham Street, 2nd floor) funds will be raised to go towards the final push to eradicate this disease for once and for all. Mike has offered to provide hair cuts all day, with all proceeds ($15.00 per haircut) to go towards PolioPlus!
