Social Gathering in Waterloo Park

On July 27, we are planning a social gathering in Waterloo Park, to be held at the same time as our regular meetings.
This is contingent on the region moving into the next stage of the provincial re-opening plan before that date. That said, we are optimistic and making plans.
We will book a shelter in the park so we can maintain an appropriate degree of physical separation for everyone’s comfort and well-being.
We have arranged for Davenport Catering to provide cold boxed meals for pre-ordering.

To ensure we adhere to the COVID-19 protocol restrictions for number of people gathering and to enable the ordering of food, an Event Registration page will open on July 12th.

There will be an email with information about the registration page on the 12th.

Looking forward to seeing everyone virtually on the 13th, and as many as we can, in person on the 27th.
