Lucas, Gavin, Camden, and Nik from “Da Boiz” Lemonade Stand were presented with the “Service Above Self” award from Ottumwa’s Lemonade Day last month.
“Da Boiz”—Gavin, Camden, Lucas, Nik—raised $1,000 with their lemonade stand ant this year’s Lemonade Day and decided to donate it to the Stead Family Children’s Hospital in Iowa City. Our Rotary Club matched their donation—bringing their total impact to $2,000. The kids chose to support the auxiliary and facility dog program.
