Rotary Readers is growing!
Our Rotary Club’s literacy program—Rotary Readers—started out the year at Douma Elementary and is expanding to every elementary school across the district this year!
This initiative brings Rotarians into first and second grade classrooms to support early childhood reading skills. Volunteers read with students, share their love of books, and leave the books to build the classroom library.
We’re proud to invest in our youngest learners and foster a lifelong love of reading.
