President Scott Hallgren proudly represented Ottumwa Rotary at the Ottumwa High School Scholarship Fair, sharing valuable info about our Rotary Scholarship Program with OHS underclassmen.
Later, Scott teamed up with fellow Rotarian Jessica McCullen at the Ottumwa Leadership Academy’s “Get on Board” event, where they connected with current class members to highlight the benefits of joining the Rotary Club and making a difference in our community.
