Rotary Club of Knoxville partnered with the city and MidAmerica Energy to put up two signs each at Northstar Elementary and West Elementary. Rotarian Chris Hoegh brought a photo of a street sign Protect Our Children to the board and the board voted on funding four signs. Chris and Heather Ussery (Rotarian) worked together to collaborate with others.
