Palgrave Rotary Club is pleased to honor Donna Bolt for having dedicated herself for 8 years, taking care of the Rotary Clock Garden on Hiway 50 in Palgrave. As a member of this community, she dedicated herself to purchasing, planting and maintaining plants and grass surrounding the clock.
