On October 31st, the Rotary Club of Palgrave, friends and neighbors came
together to celebrate Halloween. This photo was taken on Herriot street
where these 3 trick or treaters loaded up their loot bags and enjoyed
hot chocolate and hot apple cider provided by the Rotary Club of Palgrave Chuck wagon.
