Shayne McGaughy did a presentation on the company ABB Motors and Mechanical, for which he is a district manager. He owns the offices in Des Moines and Minneapolis areas, which serve Iowa, Minnesota, the Dakotas and a few counties in IL. The company distributes large industrial electrical motors, generators, and electrical systems involving instrumentation, among other things.
Shayne grew up in Rock Island, and has a wife and two teenage boys. He also has a race car that he races 4-5 times a year in “gentlemen” racing events.
