Jamie Pollard, Athletic Director, Iowa State University spoke to a full-house at the Johnston Rotary Club. Anyone that has heard him speak, knows that he is not only an excellent speaker, but tells it like he sees it. He did that again today and the audience loved it.
Jamie started with a few remarks and then opened it up to questions from the audience. There was no shortage of hands in the air and they were answered methodically by Jamie with candor, enthusiasm and humor.
Significant time was spend on a discussion about the Big 12 Conference. Various options, opportunities and strategic directions were touch on.
We always look forward to hearing directly from Jamie Pollard about athletic activities at Iowa State. His strong leadership qualities are apparent.
