President Elect Gene Nelson presented his vision of our Johnston Club's mission and direction for 2018 - 2019.
Gene challenged us with the following: "This is your Rotary. What do you want it to be?" As we stretched this question, we realized we may each have a personal reason for our membership. The basics that we share is our commitment to serve, beyond the individual reasons we belong. We ask ourselves, What can we do?
I believe Gene will lead us to increase our visibility in the community through new or expanded Johnston community projects. We all agreed renewing our efforts to attract and keep active membership must also be our focus.
