Speaking about his life, and how grace changed his outlook.

He's specifically focused on keeping troubled youth out of gangs and keeping ex-offenders from re-offending.

Ron's life is chronicled in a book titled "Son's of Grace" written by Mark Hughes.  In Ron's younger years he was an enforcer for the Son's of Silence outlaw motorcycle gang. He was sentenced to prison after turning himself in for an Iowa cold case murder. While in prison, he started a ministry and was eventually paroled in 2012.

For almost all of my life I’d been telling God to go straight to hell. I’m not referring to my choices along life’s highway, or the assault, racketeering, and murder that I was charged with and definitely guilty of. No…..I’m referring to my personal philosophy that basically said, “To hell with you people and your so-called God and Jesus!”

As I write this, it stirs a strong memory of a murdered gang member who I rode with for over twenty years. ...
