Shults & Co. and Grinnell Rotary

Grinnell Rotary and local Grinnell singing group, Shults & Co. raised $14,000  to $15,000 for Grinnell Regional Medical Center in their musical review during March of 2015. This year's show titled, Cruising the Hits, Unforgettable Songs of the 50's, 60's and 70's--Part II, was the biggest hit in the history of these shows.

Shults & Co. and Grinnell Rotary have had a long relationship, beginning with the first show in 1995.  This partnership has raised over $90,000 during this time, which the club has disbursed to local community organizations.  Grinnell Regional Medical Center labs have been the recipients of the last two fund raising shows, totaling almost $30,000.

To make this show a success, the club sells ads to local businesses, helps build and tear down the set, provides ushers for the show, and has helped back stage with lighting, sound and stage managing.    Rotarian, Frank Shults, and his wife, Sherry, have been the "heart and soul" of all eleven of these semi-annual fund raising shows.   They write, produce, direct and perform in these shows.

It is always a wonderful evening of entertainment by very professional and beautifully dressed performers.
