Farmers Night at Grinnell Rotary

Grinnell Rotary has a long tradition of honoring our area farmers during the month of January by featuring several programs about agriculture.  This long tradion was established by Sam and Jim Urfer, father and son Rotarians associated with the Grinnell Implement Store.   This tradition is carried on, in a third generation, by Jim's daughter, Rotarian Julie and her husband Rotariean Scott Beach and Rotarian Howard Raffety.

January 26, 2016, Grinnell Rotarians will enjoy a nutritious (and quick) dinner at Westside Family Restaurant, then adjourn the meeting to the new Key Cooperative storage facility for a group tour.   This new facility is to house the company's seed stock, fertilizer and many other products of the Key Cooperative Company.
