You can enjoy an afternoon of bowling and help support the Iowa Industrial Technology Exposition hosted each year at Southeast Polk. This year's Expo is May 10 and will feature hundreds of projects from Iowa students in categories such as welding, woodworking, metalworking, robotics, photography, drafting, auto restoration, hydraulics and much more.

East Polk Rotary Club has been a major sponsor of the Tech Expo for 35 years, helping provide scholarships, trophies, medals and judges. East Polk's principal fundraiser for the Expo and other community projects is an annual Bowling Bash, to be held this year on Friday, Feb 16, from 2-5 p.m. at Bowlero/Great Escape in Pleasant Hill.
