ANNUAL GOALS 25/26

• Attain a high member retention rate throughout the Rotary year.

• Conduct a targeted membership recruitment drive to onboard new members.
• Ensure a significant percentage of members participate in Rotary training and learning programs.
• Strengthen member engagement and mentorship, especially for new members.
• Promote fellowship through member networking and social activities.

• Strengthen collaboration with sponsored Rotaract and Interact Clubs through mentorship and joint activities.
• Support youth leadership development by following up on participants of Rotary youth programs and trainings.

• Provide technical, mentorship, and logistical support to youth-led initiatives aligned with Rotary values.

• Encourage youth participation in community service and leadership development projects.

• Align all club activities and work plans with the Club Strategic Plan and share them with members.
• Train members on the effective use of My Rotary and encourage participation in Rotary Learning Center courses.
• Ensure strict adherence to club by-laws, financial management, and governance standards.
• Implement and maintain a Club Communication Plan to improve internal and external communication.
• Develop and publish a structured program for weekly and special club meetings.
• Improve member participation in club, district, and Rotary International activities.
• Ensure availability of required logistics and tools for smooth club operations.
• Promote fellowship through Family of Rotary activities, joint fellowships, and team-building initiatives.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to the Assistant Governor and District as required.

• Encourage Every Rotarian, Every Year (EREY) participation among members.
• Support Service Projects Committees in sustaining ongoing and future projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of Rotary Foundation-related activities.
