Election Is Today
The Rotary Club of Kampala North officially conduct elections to elect persons who will hold positions on the Club 2026/27 Board. Members are invited to propose qualified Rotarians for seven key leadership positions. This year’s election cycle will be conducted under the oversight of the Returning Officer and Election Officers to ensure a fair, transparent and well-coordinated process.

Call For Nominations
Dear Rotarians,
As your Returning Officer this year, I am pleased to introduce the three Election Officers supporting this election cycle: Rtn. Shantal Karungi, Rtn. Galandi Tony Kiire, and PP Stephen Ssendi. Our civic education session will be delivered by Rtn. John Kaggwa on 10th November 2025 under the theme:
“The government you elect is the government you deserve.”
1. Call for Nominations for the RCKN Board 2026/2027
Nominations are hereby invited for the following seven (7) Board positions:
- President Nominee
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Sergeant-at-Arms
- Board Members (2)
Note: Rtn. Beatrice Kabwa and Rtn. David Ssajjabi continue to serve next Rotary year.
2. Accessing Nomination Forms
Nomination forms will be available in the following formats:
- Soft copy – emailed to the Club mailing list
- Hard copy – available at fellowship from the Returning Officer or Election Officers
- Online option – link to be shared
3. Requirements for a Valid Nomination
A nomination shall only be valid if it contains the names and signatures of:
- The proposer
- The seconder
- The candidate
All three must be members of the Club in good standing.
