BIO: Julie Arndt is the Director of Marketing for Ridgecrest Village, a licensed social worker, with over 35 years’ geriatric experience working with seniors and their families in various settings, she brings a unique perspective to helping older adults.  She has practiced in hospitals both in Iowa and Illinois, managed a national private duty home care business and has worked directly in the long-term care arena.  She spent over a decade working as a care advocate in an elder law office, while helping to create a care advocacy organization where she ultimately served as Director of Business Development. Her background and expertise focus on helping older adults not only secure the right care to meet their needs, but also understanding the nuances of various payor resources, both public and private, which can help pay for care.
