Rotary Board Meeting July 11, 2018

- Treasurer report: $25,463.72 in club account and $5,536.15 in Foundation account. John will be sending out last quarter’s billing this week.
- The DG will visit on 7/30/2018 in preparation we discussed his agenda. Here are some of the items we discussed:
1. How is your club doing on membership? Staying steady at 40+/-.
2. How can your members be more involved in RI and District 6000? Personal requests from members who are active.
3. How can District 6000 help? explain training opportunities better
4. How does your board operate? Meet regularly, share with members, but no effective succession plan
5. What keeps you up at night? Succession plans,
6. Where will you be in 3-5 years? 60 members
7. How do members view the Foundation? 60% contribute
3. Meeting for Vets Dinner on 7/25 at Queen Beans start at 7 am. All are welcome.
