Brag Bucks/Anniversaries/Birthdays:
Bob F. – celebrated 47th wedding anniversary on 9/6/22 – CONGRATULATIONS!
  • Iowa State beat the Hawkeyes on Saturday – Deb he was in all his Iowa State gear to rub it in for you.
  • Minnesota beat his Packers on Sunday
New Business:
  1. Thank you to all that came out to help with the ditch clean up! We had double the people we had last year, and we greatly appreciated the help! It cut our clean up time in half.
  2. Carroll Band Days – Saturday, October 1st at 10:30 AM
    1. We can use Adam’s truck and put the Rotary banner and come up with some signage to advertise for the auction.
    2. Adam will get us registered.
    3. More to come as time gets closer.
  3. Auction update:
    1. Is there an option to buy an item now?
      1. This would be convenient for those that have plans the day of the auction and get outbid but are unaware due to being busy.
    2. Letters have all been mailed out.
      1. Feel free to reach out to those that have donated in the past to see about donating again.
Here is who we have following up/donating so far:
Catti – Whiterock Conservation, Pheasant’s Forever picture, Wild Rose Stay and Play Package, Pella donation, Fridley Theater tickets
Ron – attorney’s offices
Lynn – dentist offices
John – banks, IA state basketball tickets
Bob F. – Dean Pudenz, men/women shoe packages, Culligan water, EcoWater, Schettler’s Gardens, Matt Greteman, Templeton Distillery
Adam – Hy-Vee/Fareway, Ruttens Vacuum, Chief’s tickets, Arcadia Meats pkg with Market on 30, Pamper Yourself package, Puck (Manning package), Iowa Legendary Rye, Hayley Equipment, Lidderdale Country Stores
Chris – Pizza for a week for a year, dinner prepared by Katie Van Dyke, advertising sessions through radio
Aaron – Rod’s Landscape Package x3
Rich – Carroll Country Club package, pickleball package??
Trevor – Carroll paper advertising space/article on auction
Mike – Rec Center/Muni membership
Paul – Hotsprings Spa
