Club news:
- RSVP approved
- Aaron’s BBQ – passing of the gavel – verify with Aaron
- State Baseball is here in a couple weeks, and we are still looking for volunteers – contact chamber office.
- Wall that Heals is going to be in Manning in a few weeks and we were sponsor for that so look for that to be happening as well.

- 500 cities are under 500 for population
- 950 cities in state and we are 850th cheapest to live in.
- Bill was dropped but they still wanted to do something for Seniors
- Small towns would have suffered; numbers shown by Lavern show how detrimental the bills would have been to the small towns and how many would have had to unincorporate and would not have survived if any of these bills would have made it through this last session
- Carroll is doing well with property taxes; 5 cities lower than us
- Set rumors straight on opinions section from newspaper.
- If you don’t know what to believe; call the City of Carroll offices and get the facts.
