March roundtable: 
      -    2-mile zoning agreements with Carroll and Glidden were relinquished
      -    DOT bid letting results for 3 major resurfacing projects came in $462K less than engineers estimate $4,160,000 estimate, bid $3,698,000
              o    140th St. from HWY 71 thru Mt. Carmel to Ivy
              o    150th St. from HWY 71 to Quail, then S .7 miles to Lidderdale
              o    M66 (Birch Ave) from HWY 141 S to 340th St. (Audubon County line)
      -    Replacing 2 bridges on gravel with box culverts:
              o    320th St. NW of Coon Rapids
              o    300th St. N of Coon Rapids
      -    Upcoming DOT work and detours: 
              o    HWY 71 N to Auburn, detour will be M68 thru Arcadia
              o    HWY 30 from Glidden to Ralston slurry seal, no detour – will be flaggers
              o    Replacing bridge on Greene County line S of RR tracks by Ralston, detour S into Greene County
              o    HWY 30 Storm Creek bridge replacement (between Glidden and Carroll) will be single lane with traffic signals
      -    County property taxes increase of $126,995. 
      -    Total property tax ask is $10,152,781 or 1.26%
      -    Total county budget around $29 million
      -    Revenue increased $609,322 from $24,988,827 to $25,647,589 (ambulance, jail, road use tax) 
      -    Taxable valuations up 51,768,911
      -    New taxable valuations 1,740,655,517
      -    Residential +3.74%
      -    Ag land +2.78%
      -    Ag buildings +6.30%
      -    Commercial -0.28%
