1. Flag is being brought here this week.
2. Speakers are being lined up and filled in. If you know of any body that would be a good speaker for us, let Adam know.
3. Potential social this Thursday since the weather is going to be nice – stay tuned to your email for details.
4. Potential bartender event for us as fundraiser here at the P-club – more details to come.

John:
- town hall on 2/27/25 from 5-8 PM at Carroll Brewery
- banning total cell phone use beginning fall 2025
- human trafficking speaker coming on Sunday, April 13th
- max capacity right now; have waiting lists (short)
- looking at adding on to make more room; bringing students from St. Lawrence to the current campus
- teen gambling issues
- annual report
- Foundation helps with continuing education for staff.

- budgeting for next year’s school year
- 19th year as superintendent
- Has a limited cell phone usage policy as well.
- Paying for continuing education for licensure for staff.
- Hiring: 3 interviews for middle school principal; director of buildings and grounds; teaching positions (counselor MS, elementary music)
- Transportation: crisis position; combining routes, kids on buses longer; transporting kids that legally we don’t need to transport
o Currently have 20-24 routes.
o Law states that kids can’t be on the bus for more than an hour.
o CCSD pays for the training and classes.
o Have added monitors (physical human) to the busses to help with controlling the children.
o Pay by the hour; offer sign-on bonuses
- Facility plans: Adam’s is the oldest building and needs updated; transportation building is underway
- Enrollment – down 75-80 kids across the system
o Biggest classes are in high school
o 19 kids transferred to KHS from year before
o Smaller families
o Online/Charter schools are very popular.
