2/2/26 Meeting Minutes

Brag Bucks:
Adam – 47th Birthday last Wednesday
Bob F. – ISU men still winning; Superbowl board is completely full; joined a 250 club through the Navy
 
Club Business:
  1. Car is sold and gone!
    1. Chris turning in plates to courthouse today.
    2. Ann will generate a letter to send to the Schaben family for us so that they have something for tax purposes.
  2. Paul Schaben is at Even Tide Nursing Home in Denison and would appreciate any visitors. Wife, Jane is at home on hospice and holding out as long as she can before going to the hospital.
  3. Guest bartender – 3/25/26
    1. Side Tracked Brewery
    2. Meet and greet the current members
    3. Catti to create a “Save the Date”
  4. Rotary Scholarship application information has been sent to both school counselors with deadline of 3/31/26.
  5. RYLA information has been sent to both school counselors as well.

  7. We need to spend some time focusing on membership.

    2. 2/16 – Grant Wells – Wells Ag Supply
    3. 3/2 – County Supervisor’s – Gene Meiners and Scott Johnson
    4. 3/9 – Ellen Zimmerman: US Grain Council
    5. 3/30 – St. Anthony’s Update: Allan Anderson, CEO; Eric Salmonson, CFO; Sarah Foley
    6. Emails have been sent to schools and city for updates.  
 
Next meeting is 2/9/26 from 12-1 PM at Piranha Club with Charlie Nixon as our speaker.
