1/6/25 Meeting Minutes

Birthday’s/Brag Bucks/Anniversaries:
Lynn – celebrated 60th wedding anniversary on 12/28/24 with 51 ½ members of family
Bob F. – ISU men’s basketball team is ranked 3rd in nation

Club News:
1.   Paul Harris Recognition
a.   Catti – achieved by donating $1K; receives award and pin with sapphires surrounding it.
b.   Interested in donating towards Paul Harris, you can set this up by contacting John or by setting it up online through Rotary International’s website.
2.   Bob F. is selling Super Bowl squares again.
a.   $50/square
b.   Contact Bob or stop by Michael Shoes to purchase a square
3.   Thank you received from St. Anthony Hospice for our $500 donation.

Programs:
- Adam is working on filling calendar. We will have our normal 1st quarter updates coming up from New Hope, St. Anthony, City of Carroll, Carroll County Supervisors

1/20/25 – President of ISU; this meeting will most likely be at HUB 712 and there will be a luncheon; more details to come as we receive.
2/3/25 – Go Serve Global; serve as volunteers for Natural disasters

Speakers: Wyatt Snyder and Molly Freese (last year scholarship winners) to provide us with an update on their transition to college life and how classes are going.

Next meeting is Monday, January 13th at The Hub from 12-1 PM. No speaker currently scheduled.
