Online bidding will start at noon on November 4th and run until 6pm on November 7th.

            

Our online auctions have become very successful since COVID ended our live auctions.  Therefore we are continuing with our online silent auction format.  The auction will feature all of the same great items and deals our donors generously donate to this cause.  

The online auction will run from Noon Wednesday November 4th to 6:00 pm Saturday, November 7th.  Anyone will be able to view items online, however to bid on items, you will need to create a username and password.  
(We will not sell or use your personal information!)

 

 

How the auction works: Saturday evening right after the auction closes, successful bid winners will automatically receive an email with an attached invoice, which they can choose to pay online with a credit card.  Winning bidders may also pay in cash or by check when they pick up their items.  For the winning bidders, Item Pick-Up will be on Sunday November 8th between 10am and 2pm, at the Bow Old Town Hall at 91 Bow Center Rd.  We will also allow item winners to designate an alternate person to pick up their item(s) on Sunday if they are unable to pick it up themselves during that time frame. 

We are excited to announce two major sponsors this year, Merrimack County Savings Bank and Grappone Automotive Group!  They have once again stepped up and provided significant monetary support even though we chose not to have an in person auction again this year.  Several local businesses have also made generous donations to the fund, and all will be recognized publicly.
