Rotary Online Auction - November 3rd-6th - Site Now Live!!
The Bow Rotary Club is looking forward to hosting its annual Foundation Auction again this fall. Our usual live & silent auctions that were scheduled for Saturday November 6th at the Bow Community Building, will now be going online as a silent auction with all of the same great items our donors generously donate to this cause.
The online auction will run from Noon Wednesday November 3rd to 6:00 pm Saturday, November 6th. Anyone will be able to view items online, however to bid on items, you will need to create a username and password. In addition to potential bidders seeing items online, we will also have in-person item viewing hours of Friday Nov 5th from 4pm-8pm and on Saturday from noon to 4pm at the Bow Old Town Hall.

Saturday evening right after the auction closes, successful bid winners will receive an email with an invoice, which they can choose to pay online with a credit card. Winning bidders may also pay in cash or by check when they pick up items. For the winning bidders, item Pick-Up will be on Sunday November 7th between 10am and 2pm, at the Bow Old Town Hall. We will allow item winners to designate an alternative person to pick up their item on Sunday if they are unable to pick it up themselves during that time frame.
We are also holding a cash prize raffle, like last year's, and it is currently underway. This will further support our scholarship fund. More information can be found in the story below on this homepage. 1st Prize $1250, 2nd Prize $500 and 3rd Prize $250!! The raffle drawing will be held at the conclusion of the auction on Nov 6th and streamed live on the Bow Rotary Facebook page.
