  • Mike Griffin: Roadside pickup is scheduled for April 21. Currently 4 people have signed up of the 14 needed
  • Mike Griffin: Rotary Park cleanup is scheduled for April 14. We need 5-10 people for this event.
  • Gerry Carrier: Car show is six weeks away. Please member May 19, 2018. Major sponsorships have been lined up. Merrimack County Saving Banks will be the Diamond Sponsor again this year. 
  • District Conference will be held June 1-3
  • Last week the club raised $1,000 dollars to assist the Allen family in their time of need after the fire at their home.

Birthdays:  Christopher Nicolopoulos celebrated his 41st birthday on Tuesday.

  • David Gazaway: Enjoyed the four-way speech contest which was held last Tuesday. He said it was a great evening.
  • Rick Menard: Enjoyed the speech contest.
  • Tamar Roberts: Missed the four-way speech contest, but is planning to attend the car show. Also, she achieved her personal best time in a ½ marathon. 
  • Jeannie Richards: Spent March below the Mason/Dixon line with her son. She reported that he is recovering. 
  • Dean Cascadden: Reported that he hired a new principal for BES. 
  • Judy Goodnow: Had her grandsons last weekend and they have been accused of grant-theft cookies. 
  • Ken Moulton: Reported on a recent hire bu the University System. 
  • Paul Mercier: Treasurer's Report - Paul reported that the club has in excess of $26,000 in the foundation and $25,421 in the club account. 
  • Bill McGonagle: Secretaries Report - Bill reported that club attendance last month was much imporved at 84.29%.
  • Michelle Olivier: Reminded everyone that award’s night nominations are dues by April 27.
  • Judy Goodnow: Reported that the Board donated $1,000 to the Hollis Club to go towards a generator purchase for Puerto Rico. 
  • Gerry Carrier: Reported that he and David Gazaway are working to determine if they can find a solution for the long-term storage of the club’s property at the DPW building. 
  • David Gazaway: Car Show posters will be available next week.
