Program:

Ben Kiniry announced today’s speaker: Darlene Pawlik.
Darlene was representing the NH Human Trafficking Collaborative Task Force. Human trafficking is the exploitation of a person through labor, services, or a commercial sex act by force, fraud, or coercion.
 
While raising a family, Darlene had been a practicing nurse for 26 years while working in ProLife ministry for more than 25 years. Today, she speaks in many venues, including banquets and fundraisers. She also speaks at schools, churches, youth groups and other groups around New England and the nation. She is a member of numerous anti-trafficking organizations that collaborate to provide education to legislators, law enforcement, healthcare professionals and social service providers.
 
Darlene presented a Powerpoint dealing on the topic of  human trafficking, including the factors and indicators behind it. She also shared her life experiences as a target of human trafficking during her teen years.
