The Philipsburg Jubilee Library in collaboration with the Sunrise Rotary Club will be hosting a reading program geared towards high school students to evaluate their reading skills and help them develop their reading capabilities. Also there will be music by a well known DJ, snacks and drinks will also be given to those present, there will be prizes to win during the 6 month campaign such as Ipod, Memory Sticks, gift certificates, etc. Vocational Service Commitee member Erik Dolle was present at the Press Release and mentioned that the program falls in place with Rotary celebrating Literacy month March he also mentioned the program will run from March 19, 2010 to September 20 and we are hoping for it to become a yearly event.
