Keep Calm!

With the new Rotary year chock full of activities (and work) and already in high gear, the Rotary Club of Road Town has adopted a new slogan and mantra: “Keep Calm… We are the Fun Club at Work.”

Club Members can be seen immersed in service projects throughout the community with this message emblazoned across the back of their shirts.   President Shan Mohammed explained the slogan as being truly representative of the spirit and character of Rotary Club of Road Town.  “We are a club that is innovative, progressive and committed to a better community.”   He said.   “We are anticipating an exciting and rewarding Rotary year and our members are fully engaged and ready to work.”

Work appears to be a misnomer however when watching the Rotary Club of Road Town’s members in action.   “We are here to make a difference” says Treasurer Elvis.  “It’s all about doing good while having fun.”   And who could argue with a process that delivers on results and great fellowship.
