Today we take it back to June 24th 2023, at the Installation of the RCRT's Board of Directors, where we pinned our newest community Paul Harris Fellow: Mr. Winston Potter.
Mr. Potter's commitment to the young people of this territory through athletics has made a lasting impact, spanning decades. As such, we found it fitting to recognize Mr. Potter as our community Paul Harris Fellow!
