Last Wednesday’s Rotary Club of Road Town meeting was interesting, informative AND interactive! 
Dr. Neveta Sutherland-Vaccianna, Gynaecologist and Certified Menopause Specialist, had members fully engaged as she unpacked “Menopause Literacy: Reading the Signs and Symptoms.”
From understanding the changes that happen during menopause to recognizing the signs and symptoms and knowing how to navigate them, the evening was filled with insight, questions, discussion and plenty of participation! 
Because sometimes, knowledge is the first step to confidence.
Learn it. Talk about it. Understand it.And the fun didn’t stop there!
