Launch of the 2013 District Conference

The public relations
campaign for Rotary District 7020 for the Rotary Year 2012-2013 is about to
enter into high gear at a local level with the launch of the 2013 District Conference.
It is important that
we create a high level of energy around this historic occasion to ensure
overwhelming support by Government, Corporate and the BVI community, and very
importantly The BVI Family of Rotary. Please see the
attached invitation to which all Rotarians are invited. We hope to have a
great turn out and a fantastic time at this launch.
Additionall and for your information, please note that part
of the short ceremony includes the unveiling of the individual elements of the
2012-2013 District Conference Logo.

We will be having a
dress rehearsal at the launch venue – Ginny’s 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, 10th
January and everyone who is participating in the launch will be
required. The press including a videographer will be there in full force,
Government Officials, Corporate officials and other stake holders.
