Governor Duncan OBE Visits

The Rotary Club of Road Town was pleased to host His Excellency, Governor John Duncan, OBE and wife, Anne Marie on September 3. It was the Governor's first official address to Rotarians since being sworn in on August 15. After his address and a few questions, he was presented with a special photograph captured by Phillip Fenty at the pond on Beef Island near the Terrance B Lettsome International Airport.
