During her presentation, Ms. Hinds pointed out that in dealing with
sustainability it is important to recognize the environmental aspects as well
as the social impact, community awareness and cultural heritage involved within
ensuring the sustainability of your business from design to operations, and
that working in tandem with nature to achieve sensitive policies and ensure
longevity of our precious island resources is key in achieving sustainability.
Ms. Hinds said “I hope that within the my brief time speaking with you, this
message was conveyed and provided food for thought to the Rotarians in
attendance to consider all avenues of sustainability within their operations
and consider the benefits of investing in a Green Globe Certification.”
