Heart Warming End of Year

For the past six months twenty 4^th graders & five 5^th graders benefitted from the Negril Rotary Literacy Programme.  Students and volunteer tutors concentrated on reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.  Our tutors were both local Negrilites and international visitors.  Along with the focus on literacy, other bonds were built.  Students thrived by not only the intellectual connections but by the compassion of the tutors.  It was evident that the students blossomed with the dedication and commitments from their mentors.  The heart-warming connections were expressed by everyone as they had to say farewell for the year.
