Current Club Members – 30 to 35.  Limited NUMBER OF members to cover all boards. 

Previously 85 members – covering boards was much easier 

 

Comments on/ options for RCO Organization

               Potential to combine Boards (similar to TSH & OCHI)

               Reduce number of Directors required for each board

               Possible Board Members from outside the organization (e.g. Rotaract)

               Combine committees with other Rotary Clubs in Oakville (Oakville Cluster)

               Reduce committees – each Rotary Club in Oakville specialize in one / two areas

               Going forward - Continue to look at options
